About Us

Our Story. Our Mission. Our People.

Born from a belief that real change happens when communities build their own future. We are not outsiders โ€” we are neighbours, volunteers, and believers.

From One School to a Growing Movement

E3 Social Impact Foundation was founded by a group of young Delhi volunteers who saw a gap โ€” children dropping out not because they didn't want to learn, but because the system failed them. Girls walking home in fear. Communities unaware of the environmental crisis at their doorstep.

We started with one school, one self-defence workshop, one plantation drive. Today, we work across 22+ government schools, have trained over 3,600 girls, and planted 300+ trees. The real story is in the confidence of a girl who no longer takes the long way home.

We are registered under Section 12A and certified under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, ensuring every donation is accounted for and every impact is measured.

Our Approach & Methodology

We don't parachute in. We listen, map, co-design, and verify.

1. Local Ecosystem Mapping

We spend 2โ€“3 months mapping dropout factors, environmental health, and youth employment opportunities before entering any area โ€” building real databases, not assumptions.

2. Co-Design Methodology

Every training curriculum and climate programme is designed with local community leaders and stakeholders โ€” ensuring ownership and accountability remain where they belong.

3. Strict Impact Verification

We don't inflate metrics. Every project's output is verified through baseline surveys and tracking frameworks that we keep open-source โ€” honesty is non-negotiable.

4. Feedback Loops

Monthly community feedback sessions ensure our programmes evolve with real needs, not donor trends. We adapt quickly and transparently.

5. Sustainability Planning

Every programme has an exit strategy. We train local champions so the work continues even when our direct involvement reduces.

6. Open Documentation

Our methods, failures, and learnings are documented openly. We believe the sector learns when organisations share honestly.
